Burgerdogz LLC is a New York-based food service company that operates as a pickup and delivery-only business. We do not offer dine-in services. All orders must be placed online through our website and can either be picked up at our location or delivered directly to your door.

• All orders must be placed through our official website.
   
• Once your order is submitted and payment is received, it will be processed and prepared for either pickup or delivery.
   
• We do not accept cash payments for online orders — all payments must be made via approved online payment methods.
   
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at checkout.
   

• Delivery is available within select areas. Please enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
   
• We aim to deliver within the estimated time shown at checkout, but delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control.
   
• If we are unable to reach you or deliver due to inaccurate address information, your order may be canceled without refund.
   
• No-contact delivery is available upon request.
   

• Pickup orders will be prepared at our designated location. Address and pickup time will be provided in your confirmation email.
   
• Please arrive promptly during the pickup window. Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled time may be discarded for safety reasons and will not be refunded.
   

• All food sales are final once the order is confirmed.
   
• We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been prepared, delivered, or picked up.

• Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases such as:
   
  • Undelivered orders due to our error
     
  • Incorrect items sent
     
  • Order cancellations made within the appropriate time window
     

• While we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences, Burgerdogz is not an allergen-free kitchen.
   
• Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, nuts, and meat.
   
• If you have a serious allergy or dietary restriction, please note it at checkout and contact us immediately after placing the order. We will do our best, but cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur.
