- Once your order is submitted and payment is received, it will be processed and prepared for either pickup or delivery.
- We do not accept cash payments for online orders — all payments must be made via approved online payment methods.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information at checkout.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery is available within select areas. Please enter your address at checkout to confirm availability.
- We aim to deliver within the estimated time shown at checkout, but delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, or other conditions beyond our control.

Pickup Policy
- Pickup orders will be prepared at our designated location. Address and pickup time will be provided in your confirmation email.
- Please arrive promptly during the pickup window. Orders not picked up within 2 hours of the scheduled time may be discarded for safety reasons and will not be refunded.
Refunds & Cancellations
- All food sales are final once the order is confirmed.
- We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been prepared, delivered, or picked up.
